Order Processing
We start processing your order within 1 to 3 business days once your payment is confirmed. Processing does not happen on weekends or official public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines
All delivery times are estimations and cannot be guaranteed:
- United States domestic orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International eligible destinations: 7–15 business days after shipment

Shipment delays may be caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather, customs inspection or remote delivery zones. We do not promise exact delivery dates.

Shipping Charges
Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout, based on product weight and your delivery address. Limited-time shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.

Shipping Address Confirmation
Please carefully double-check your delivery address before submitting your payment. If you input an incorrect address and the package gets returned to our warehouse, you will need to cover extra reshipping fees.

Tracking Shows Delivered But Package Missing
If the tracking status marks your parcel as delivered but you have not received it:
1. Check with neighbors, building reception or local courier station first.
2. Email our team at vedovellipizziia433@gmail.com within 10 days after the tracking shows delivered.

We will coordinate with the courier company to launch an investigation. Claims submitted after this time limit may not be accepted.

Customs & Import Charges
For cross-border orders, import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may apply. All such charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend reviewing your local import rules before placing an international order.
